Li Guoying, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Yuzhou, Henan Province, in December 1963. He began his career in July 1984 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in August 1988. Li completed an in-service graduate program and was awarded a Doctor of Science degree. He is also a professor level senior engineer. Currently, he is a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Ministry of Water Resources and Minister of Water Resources.

Wang Xinzhe, Male, Han ethnicity, was born in Laoting, Hebei Province, in February 1964. He began his career in July 1985 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in November 1987. Wang completed a graduate program and received a Doctoral Degree in Management Science and Engineering. In December 2021, Wang was appointed Chief Inspector of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office of the CPC Central Committee for Discipline Inspection and the National Commission of Supervision of the People’s Republic of China at the Ministry of Water Resources. In October 2022, he was elected a member of the 20th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.

Wang Daoxi, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Suqian, Jiangsu Province, in June 1970. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in April 1991 and began his career in July 1996. Wang completed a graduate program and received a Doctor of Engineering degree. He is also a professor level senior engineer. Currently, Wang is Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the CPC Committee of Ministry of Water Resources.

Zhu Chengqing, female, Han ethnicity, was born in Bazhong, Sichuan Province, in April 1965. She is a member of Jiusan Society and began her career in April 1990. Zhu completed a graduate program and received a Master of Engineering degree. She is also a senior engineer. Currently, Zhu is a member of the Standing Committee of the 15th Jiusan Society Central Committee and Vice Minister of Water Resources.

Chen Min, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Anyi, Jiangxi Province, in September 1971. He began his career in July 1993 and joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in February 1991. Chen completed a graduate program and received a Master of Engineering degree. He is also a professor level senior engineer. Currently, Chen is Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.

Li Liangsheng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Fucheng, Hebei Province, in January 1968. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in April 1988 and began his first job in July 1990. He holds a Master of Public Administration. Li is currently Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.

Wang Baoen, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Nangong, Hebei Province, in April 1970. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in May 1992 and began his career in August 1993. Wang completed an undergraduate program and received a Bachelor of Engineering degree. He is also a professor level senior engineer. Currently, Wang is Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.
