Li Liangsheng
Li Liangsheng, male, Han ethnicity, was born in Fucheng, Hebei Province, in January 1968. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in April 1988 and began his first job in July 1990. He holds a Master of Public Administration. Li is currently Vice Minister of Water Resources and a member of the Leading Party Members Group of Ministry of Water Resources.
